At Beyond Print, we strive to ensure you love every purchase you make with us. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your printed or plain t-shirts, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return and refund process.
We accept returns for printed and plain t-shirts under the following conditions:
Eligibility:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags intact.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized t-shirts (unless damaged or defective).
Items without original tags or packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
Log in to your Beyond Print account and go to Order History.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or design, please initiate a return and place a new order on our website.

Your order number
Photos of the damaged/defective item
A brief description of the issue
We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund as soon as possible.
1. How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
2. Can I return an item without the original packaging?
No, items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
3. What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, contact us at support@beyondprint.com with your order details, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
4. Do you offer free returns?
Free returns are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
